QUALITY KNITWEAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Hello, and welcome to qualityknitwear.co.uk (the “site”). By using this site you are agreeing to follow and abide by our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Throughout these terms, we will refer to ourselves as Quality Knitwear, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ this means Quality Knitwear Ltd, company registration:7262685. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are also an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may revise the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.

PRICING

All of the products on the site qualityknitwear.co.uk are priced to the best of our knowledge due to worth, condition and amount of work put into the item before sale. We reserve the right to change the prices on the website at any time. All prices in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

COLOURS

We have done our best to display as accurately possible the colours of the products shown on the qualityknitwear.co.uk website. However, because the colours you see will vary depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

SIZING

Our size guides are an indication and a recommendation as many of our pieces are originally handknit and therefore hard to size in a precise way. We have tried our hardest to be as accurate as possible with the sizing of our knitwear.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch each order within 3 - 5 working days after our order acknowledgement email is sent. Quality Knitwear will send an order confirmation email once the payment has been received, it is only from this point that the stated dispatch period will begin.

Postage will be via Royal Mail first class, Quality Knitwear do not accept responsibility for any delays to delivery once the order has been dispatched, we are not able to track first class deliveries. Please be aware of any postal strikes or action and the impact that this could have on the delivery times.

Please note that during busy periods deliveries may take longer and Quality Knitwear will not be held liable for this delay.

Once the acknowledgement email has been sent you will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.

PAYPAL

Payments are received via securely via PAYPAL. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If this issuer of you payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately.

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy for our website.

GOOGLE CHECKOUT

Payments are received via securely via Google Checkout. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If this issuer of you payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately.

We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy for our website

RETURNS

We want you to love your Quality Knitwear! So, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.

All returns should be posted to:

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not refund postage costs for returns.

Quality Knitwear will not be responsible for any returned items that we do not receive so we recommend you send it to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as Royal Mail’s Recorded Delivery. You will then be able to apply for compensation if the item is lost.

Any returned items will be refunded as soon as possible upon receipt. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as this has been done.

PRIVACY

Personal details are stored securely and we will not pass them on to any third parties without your permission

It is not guaranteed that the use of this website will be error free and we will not be responsible for any disruption loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded on to your computer. We obtain the right to terminate or suspend the website and its services at any time without notice.

If any of these terms is held to be unenforceable then the remaining terms and conditions will continue to be enforceable in full.
